Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using codewithtanvir.in or any services provided by CodewithTanvir ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
CodewithTanvir provides digital product development services including but not limited to: • Full-Stack Web Development • Mobile App Development • UI/UX Design • AI Integration • SaaS Product Development We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
3. Project Terms & Payments
• A written agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) will be provided before project commencement. • A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins. • Remaining balance is due upon project completion or per milestone schedule. • Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge. • All prices are in INR/USD as specified in the project agreement. • Prices for courses are in INR as displayed.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the custom code and designs created for their project. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place. Third-party libraries and frameworks remain under their respective open-source licenses.
5. Course Purchases
All course purchases are final. Course content is protected by copyright and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. Invitation codes are single-use and non-transferable. We reserve the right to revoke access if terms are violated.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client project details, business information, and technical specifications as confidential. We will not disclose this information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
CodewithTanvir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Revisions & Scope
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the SOW. Additional revisions or scope changes may be billed at our standard hourly rate. We follow an agile methodology with regular client communication to minimize scope disputes.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. We will deliver all completed work upon receipt of payment.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation first, and if unsuccessful, through arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws.
